Electrician Northern Rivers

The Northern Rivers is the far north-east corner of New South Wales. Our part of it is the Tweed, the shire that runs from the Queensland border south to Wooyung and west to the Border Ranges.

On the coast, places like Kingscliff, Casuarina, Cabarita Beach and Pottsville share the challenges of salt air and holiday letting. Fittings corrode, and properties are often managed from a distance.

Along the river, Murwillumbah, Tumbulgum and Chinderah have older building stock and a history of flooding. Rewiring, raised switchboards and post-flood inspections are a large part of the work.

Climate ties the whole region together. Warm, wet summers bring humidity that creeps into fittings, afternoon storms that send surges down the lines, and, every few years, flooding on the river flats.
