Information you give us directly
When you submit an enquiry, quote request or callback form on this website, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, these are your name, email address, phone number and the message or job details you choose to provide. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out electrical work, and keep records of the jobs we have done. If you ask us about work at a property, the address and job details you give us are kept with that enquiry. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use website enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and are also sent to our business email address so we can act on them.
Information collected automatically
Security logs. This website runs a security plugin (Wordfence) that records IP addresses and request details in order to detect and block malicious traffic, login attempts and spam. This is used for site security only.
Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages and services get the most interest. These tools set cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. This is used in aggregate to improve the website; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Caching and performance. Our caching and image optimisation tools do not collect personal information.
Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics as described above, and WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in to the site (which ordinary visitors do not need to do).
