I lost power 430pm on the Friday afternoon before Christmas.
Chad answered the call and without hesitation said he would be here in 5 mins to fix the problem.
Sure enough true to his word and within 30mins he had replaced the faulty safety switches outside and restored power to the house and saved Christmas.
